It is a fact that home improvement loans are usually taken out for making a home larger or adding value to it. This may be done by adding rooms or bathrooms, building a swimming pool, enclosing a porch or patio, updating the plumbing and repainting the homes exterior and or interior. Generally, it is cheaper to extend or repair a home than to buy or build a new house.

Before going ahead and getting a home improvement loan, it is advisable to contact your local builder and get a quote and any other information about the associated costs involved in improving your home. Dont be afraid to get as many quotes on building costs and improvement home loans as possible.

Make sure that when you speak to the lending institutions, ask if you can borrow money above the quoted price for the home improvement. Often, when building, extra costs seem to come out of the woodwork unexpectedly. It is better to borrow a few dollars extra and not need it, than have to contact the bank for an extension on your credit in the middle of a project.

The ideal home improvement loan to look for is one that has a low interest rate. Visit many different lending institutions and see what they are offering. Dont just commit yourself to the first home improvement loan that comes along. Home improvement loans are usually short- term loans.

A home improvement loans rate of interest is determined by the amount of collateral that the borrower has. This is most often the equity in your home. If the borrower has a bad credit rating, the home improvement loan will probably be calculated at a higher rate.

The rate of interest, loan amount offered to you by the bank and the term of the loan will often have a lot to do with the market value of the home or the value of the collateral. The lending institution will often ask what type of home improvement you are planning. A market appraisal may be needed before the loan is passed. This is often to ensure that the improvements will add value to the home. They may also ask you to provide quotes from builders or contractors that you may be using for the home improvements.

Home improvement loans usually require the borrower to only pay the interest while the home is being improved. Once the home improvements have been completed, the borrower will be required to make full monthly payments on the principle and interest. The monthly payments will be calculated on the amount of money used for the home improvements, the interest rates and the term or number of years you have to pay off the loan.

If you are unsure of any of the details and/or term of the home improvement loan, make sure that you discuss your concerns with the institutions lending consultant. A good lending institution will be very happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Make a list of anything you can think of to ask the loan officer you speak with.

I grew up in the 1960’s and 70’s when there were no computers, PDA’s or cell phones. There were no microwaves, no DVD’s, no MP3 players and there were only about 7 good stations on television. We didn’t stay home and play video games all day because there were no video games to speak of back then. Instead we played outside, talked to our friends on the phone and listened to music.

I was telling this to my two sons the other day and they sat there stunned as they found this concept hard to wrap their brain around. I suspect that I did the same as a child when my own parents told me about their childhood and what the world was like.

Today we are told that technology is here to make our lives easier. The microwave helps us cook food faster. The internet helps us get information faster and allows us to stay connected with friends, family and business associates. We have more television stations to give us more choices, we have cell phones so that we can stay in touch with each other and we have laptop computers so that we can access the internet anywhere in the world.

Ok – let’s look at that last paragraph again.

From where I?m sitting, it looks like all our sophisticated modern technology has done the opposite – it has made our lives crazier! It has given us less time instead of more.

If you are in your twenties and thirties, think about your parent’s childhood and what life was like back then. If you are in your forties or older (like me – sigh) then think about your own childhood. What happened to everybody when office hours came to an end? What happened when people left work and went home?

What did they do?

They rested.

They had time to think and reflect and do something very few of us do in today’s world – they relaxed!!!

When I was growing up, we didn’t have cell phones and laptop computers so we relaxed, went out to dinner, took walks, watched television, listened to music and read a book. We turned our minds off for a while and allowed it to reboot itself.

Modern technology has taken this away from us. Instead of resting when we get home from work, we work on our laptops and constantly check our PDA’s. We take our cell phones and answer them wherever we are – in restaurants, airplanes, movie theaters, soccer fields, in our car – everywhere!

When exactly do we rest and allow our minds to turn off for a little while?

Modern technology has made things harder. It has unleashed a monster called stress that is making our world sick and tired. It distracts us. It owns us!

Have you seen the Terminator movies? The one where machines rule the earth? Guess what? Machines rule our earth. Not in as nasty a way as the movie, but they rule the earth nevertheless. Technology rules.

Stress is a nasty thing that causes some even nastier diseases, and there are no antibiotics you can take for it. Stress kills and there is only one cure for it.

You need to rest.

Recently, Ron and I went to Disneyworld in Florida with our boys. We took our cell phones and the laptop because we wanted to check our email and voice mail while we were there. For some strange reason though, the cell phones mostly stayed in the room because we kept forgetting to bring them, and we never even turned on the laptop. Before we knew it, we went almost an entire week without checking any of our messages. I checked them about halfway through the week and returned a few calls, but for the most part everything stayed off.

Did the world end? Did we lose our company? Did clients walk away?

Nope.

We came home with our minds refreshed and returned the calls, answered the email and life rolled on. We were tired of course (have you ever done four theme parks in four days?) but nothing happened. Life as we know it didn’t end!!! Instead we were able to focus on the job at hand because we were refreshed and relaxed.

Technology speeds up our ability to do things. We can research faster, cook faster, and be in contact with other people faster. However, it also causes us to feel the need that we have to be in contact all the time! We feel we have to check our email at 10:00 p.m. at night, we have to answer that telephone during dinner, and we have to check our PDA every hour no matter where we are.

When do you rest and turn your mind off?

I understand that everyone wants to move forward. I totally get that. However, in order to move forward, you have to occasionally take a few steps back so that you can get a better look at where you want to go.

So what can we do?

We can turn off the computer after dinner and not turn it back on until the morning. We can turn our cell phone off once in a while and let the voice mail answer it. We can take a walk. We can go on vacation without the laptop. We can even go on vacation and only check our voice mail once or twice! The world won’t stop! People might think you’ve been abducted but so what? You’ll get back in touch with them.

If you don’t rest and let your body and brain reboot itself, then your body will break down. In the end, technology will deprive you of the true quality of life because it will be sick and you won’t be able to do what you want to do.

So here’s my challenge ?

I challenge each and every one of you reading this article to lose your cell phone for a day or two and see what happens. I challenge you to turn off your computer at around 6 p.m. at night and not turn it back on under any circumstances until the next morning for one week. Then watch what happens!

Everyone tells you that you need to eat right and get plenty of exercise. Absolutely true! However, there is a third even more important key to life – you need to rest!!!

So turn your mind off for a while. Listen to some music. Read a book. Talk to your kids. Go shopping. Go to a comedy show and laugh.

Stop ignoring what your body is telling you! I know that it has been urging you to slow down and take a breath. Listen to it. It knows what it’s doing.

Enough said.

Now let’s see – I’m writing an article about the evils of technology on my computer, my phone is ringing next to me and an email just arrived.

Hmmm … guess it might be time to take a break!

Vitamins are essential proven carp bait attractors and additives!

Vitamins are essential for healthy carp and this applies whether they are commercially farmed or wild carp! Farmed carp are given a vitamin supplement mixture, usually combined with the essential minerals and trace elements that are also required for optimum carp growth and weight gain.

These nutrients are essential to a carp’s health, growth, and ’sense of well-being.? They may exist in an environment rich in natural food, possibly supplemented frequently with anglers? baits. But if a carp is deficient in a particular nutrient even like one essential vitamin, it may well eat your bait instinctively to fulfill that dietary need!

* The vitamins most essential to carp, (and in carp baits,) appear to be:

Vitamin A (?IU? with antioxidant effects,), A (‘re?) also has antioxidant effects. Vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (for growth), B5, B6, and B12. Other B vitamins are responsible for metabolism of amino acids and fats.

Vitamin C is for good digestion and antioxidant effects. D, E (an antioxidant,) H (for blood cell formation), K (for blood clotting.) Then there are vitamin M, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid and inositol.

All these can be excellent carp attractors, being essential for a healthy carp. They are either included in your bait by using ingredients that are rich in them, or by adding a vitamin supplement in powdered or liquid form.

Seafoods are very rich in vitamins, such as the easily digestible crustacean oils. Fish liver oils, like cod liver oil, are an excellent supplier of vitamins A and D, and these are fat soluble. Seafood has good levels of niacin, particularly water-soluble B vitamins, including B12, B6 and thiamine. (They are also an excellent sources of minerals!)

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are best used in fresh, natural form for the best absorption and synthesis in the carp’s body. A few successful commercial spray-dried fruit juice baits have been designed around vitamin C, and it is a very important, essential vitamin to carp.

Like vitamin E, vitamin C has protective antioxidant properties; very healthy! Carp seem to love these. In aquaculture feeds, vitamin C is ?phosphorylated? (stabilized with phosphorous,) so getting the best from this important combination of phosphorus and ascorbic acid!

Carp need vitamin C especially, and in ?carp rearing stew ponds,? where algae are not available vitamin C is especially supplemented for healthy carp growth. A Spirulina phytoplankton, (blue-green algae,) is commercially produced used as a supplement!

Vitamin D has a possible role in calcium absorption in carp. Deficiency of vitamin E in carp has been caused by excessive oil levels in carp baits in some UK fisheries; carp liver damage was the result! Sadly, many UK anglers have seen many big carp with a bulging body, where the carp’s liver has been damaged and swollen.

Fish meal baits have dominated the UK bait scene for 20 years plus. More anglers are adopting a ?more bulk oils in my bait, equals more fish on the bank? mentality. But this is a very damaging to fish!

* Fat levels and carp induced vitamin E deficiency:

Fat levels incorporated via the dry base mix, especially containing high-fat, oily fish ingredients, are often enough to satisfy basic carp dietary needs. ?Overloading? with fish derived, or, ?bulk food?, or ?fish feed inducing?, or other oils, can be detrimental. The recommended usage rates are 15 to 30 milliliters maximum per pound of dry boilie base mix.

Pure salmon oil is particularly recommended, especially for lower ware temperatures in the winter. This is because this oil has extremely healthy effects on the body and processes of the carp, and is very easily digested.

* Other carp essential vitamins and their sources:

B vitamins are listed repeatedly in commercial feeds. Often it’s B1, B6 and B12. This seems to reflect the carp catching success of carp bait ingredients which are high in these vitamins!

Brewers yeasts, deactivated bakers yeasts, and yeast extract, are excellent sources of B ?complex? vitamins. They also provide essential minerals and trace elements, and are very well proven attractors! Brewer’s yeast is, even used as an important food supplement in the health industry.

Yeasts are full of the ?palatability? and taste enhancer, L-glutamic acid, one of the most abundant amino acids found in nature. It is also used in ?monosodium glutamate?, another famous taste enhancer.

Pure (?pharmaceutical grade?) liver powder is another great source of B vitamins that catches carp extremely well; and it smells really pungent!

Corn steep liquor and molasses are often used in baits for their vitamin, mineral and trace elements nutritional attraction.

The proficient angler will often cover all nutritional bait angles over a range of baits and frequently in a single bait. A single source of easily obtained, balanced nutrition, in boilie form is often most successful. It often has the long term ?edge? in producing big carp captures over lower quality baits with little biologically available carp nutrients.

However, even a low food value boilie soaked in a mineral and vitamin supplement, will prove much superior to the same bait without! You too may well discover that minerals and vitamins are actually great attractors in their own right!

The author has many more fishing and bait ?edges? up his sleeve. Every single one can have a huge impact on catches. (Warning: This article is protected by copyright.)

Student loans are not free, financial aid is. Federal grant is also a student loan. Get it right before you go to the student aid office and argue to them that you didn’t owe any loans or grants. Financial aid pays a certain amount enough to “aid” you through college. It is not meant to pay your whole tuitions. If you don’t have a job or unemployed you need to ask for a federal grant. Now federal grant will loan the money to you once you get all the paper work done. Financial aid in another hand is like a gift, but you must be qualified to get financial aid.

Both financial aid and student loans or federal loans, must be submitted early in the beginning semester. You may submit your paper work late, but the chances that you will be granted with loans and aids are very slim. Besides that fact that you will only make the administrator very mad; submit your work as soon as possible.

If you haven’t sign up for financial aid, you may apply at fafsa.ed.gov to get your application ready. Remember when you go through this process, KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS of your financial aid. With in the next semester you will have to resubmit your document. Always remember you pin number, it will be a hassle to run back to your house to get the documents.

Students who have a job can apply for student loans. Student loans are federal grants, state grants, or other type of grants. These grants are not free, you must pay back once you have graduated from college or you have dropped out. You do not have to pay when you are attending school. Student loans are great to help you on your way to college; it is not for other type of expenses. Using the money for movies, games, or shopping is not how you spend for college. You could end up with a bill of $30,000 to $80,000 by the time you get out of college.

A great thing about student loans is the interest rates. The loans have very low rates in which you could expand the payment out for years. As long as you pay the government monthly they are happy.

Being informed as a used car buyer is the best way to maximize the benefits you receive from your purchase. Like every car buyer, you want a reliable vehicle that meets the demands of your lifestyle, and probably one that looks good doing it. But being a savvy car buyer can give you advantages that far outweigh transportation and status; you just have to do your homework and use the right kind of financing to improve your credit.

Know what to expect. Trading in your current car is a convenient way to reduce the amount you will owe on your used car purchase and to lower your cash down payment amount. Before you step foot on the used car lot, research the approximate value of your trade-in with a reputable company, such as Edmunds or Kelley Blue Book. The trade-in value will be lower than what you would expect by selling the car outright, so make sure to look up the appropriate value. When determining the trade-in value, be realistic about the condition of your vehicle. Are there stains on the seats? Are latches or windows broken? Just because you love the car does not mean it fits the bill for an ?excellent? rating.

It helps to be aware of steps you can take to maximize the trade-in value you are offered by the dealer. Ideally, you have already been keeping records of the car’s maintenance history, along with the dates and mileage of each service performed. Providing accurate records shows the appraiser that you have been diligent in maintaining the car, and will positively impact its trade-in value.

Know your lender. Many used car dealerships offer financing to make your purchase more affordable. Even with ?bad? credit, you can still get financed by working directly with a dealer who offers true in house financing. It is important to know who is actually financing your car, and to ensure that you are not in fact damaging your credit further by making the purchase. Multiple inquiries on your credit drive your score down. Ask the dealer if the financing is actually in-house, or if it is outsourced to a bank or other lender.

The best decision you can make is to use this opportunity to rebuild your credit at the same time. Predetermine the monthly payment you can afford on your budget, and do not overspend no matter what. All you have to do to raise your credit score is make all of your payments on time, and be sure to only purchase from a dealer who reports to the credit bureau. By following this advice, you are on the road to better credit, in a better set of wheels.

The first thing to do after you’ve decided to vacation in Spain is to get a map of the area. If you’re not sure of where to go, or if you?d like to plan your itinerary, a detailed map of Spain is invaluable. It will help you schedule your day trips and calculate driving times, making for a more enjoyable vacation.

If you’re starting in the north, you’ll find a variety of coastal resorts and sleepy fishing villages, each with a different ambiance. The Pyrenees Mountains border Spain and France, and offer the opportunity to enjoy hiking and walking tours. You’ll enjoy immersing yourself in Spanish culture in the small towns, including La Rioja, where you can enjoy the fruits of the industry here: wine production.

Sprinkled throughout the small towns are fascinating points of interest, such as ancient monasteries and cave paintings. The metropolitan areas, including Madrid, the capital of Spain, bustle with activity and house many historical landmarks, including ancient churches and museums. Depending on your interests, you can enjoy natural, outdoor activities, or more fast-paced ones.

The center of the country is populated by several mountain ranges. The Sierra de Guadarrama, Sierra de Gredos and Montes de Toledo are the biggest ranges in this area. These areas are generally only visited when travelers are en route to the other side of the country.

The Mediterranean Sea borders the east side of the country. This region is divided into smaller coastal areas, such as the Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol. Here you’ll find the resort towns of Alicante, Torrevieja and Barcelona. Tourists generally flock here for the beaches, shopping and nightlife. Travelers are also drawn to the wide variety of golf courses in this area.

Whether you’re traveling with a group or on your own, be sure to get a map of the area. Even if you’re with a group, you’ll still find it helpful to have a map, to keep from getting lost. Identify the areas on your map that you’ll be visiting, to ensure you’re on track. If you’re traveling independently, it helps to have a very detailed map. If you’re driving, familiarizing yourself with the lay of the land, the major thoroughfares and the local streets may take some of the stress out of driving in a strange land.

With a detailed map and a brief overview of the popular areas of Spain, you’ll be equipped to plan the vacation that you’ll enjoy.

With less than two weeks left until the opening kickoff of the regular season, I figured now would be a good time to review some fantasy running back sleepers, that you should possibly take in your draft. If your draft is over, or if you think that some of these guys will be around after the draft is over, then put some thought into picking these guys up off waivers. Take a look at some of these players, and expect these relatively unknown running backs to help your fantasy team cruise to a title.

Vernand Morency (Houston Texans) – Coach Kubiak of the Texans is liking what he sees from Morency, so far in the preseason. Dominack Davis is having serious knee problems, and I highly doubt he will be as productive as he was in past years. Last week against the St. Louis Rams, Morency rushed for 99 yards and scored 2 TD’s, a possible hint of things to come in the regular season for Houston. One of the more overlooked aspects of the running back position is pass blocking, a department in which Morency has improved upon significantly in training camp and the preseason games. This edge in blocking just may give Morency the edge over Lundy Wali. We’ll find out more as we near closer to the regular season, but for now, Morency looks to have the backup position solidified.

Marion Barber III (Dallas Cowboys) – Lost amid the whole Terrell Owens controversey in Dallas, was news that the Cowboys would be turning to a 2-back running game. This may decrease the overall value of Julius Jones, but this news can only help Barber and his fantasy owners. Barber seems to be a favorite of Parcells, so expect Barber to repeat at least the same numbers as last year, which were 538 yards and 5 TD’s, in a limited role. Barber may not be the ideal second back in a league, but if you’re playing a league with 3 RB’s and possibly a utility player, having Barber on the bench will only help. Julius Jones is also injury prone, and at some point in the season, Barber may take on a majority of the carries for the Cowboys.

Brandon Jacobs (New York Giants) – Last year’s third round selection, the much hyped Brandon Jacobs arrived on the scene in New York last year with the Giants having hopes of converting every third and short situation. Well, that didn’t happen completely, but Jacobs was able to help a bit, especially in the red zone, where he piled up 7 TD’s. So far in training camp and preseason, Jacobs has improved upon his pass blocking, which was the main reason why Coach Coughlin did not leave Jacobs in for the length of a drive last season. With Tiki Barber getting older, and Jacobs maturing as a player, he’ll be bruising up defenders in the middle quarters and putting up TD’s in the red zones. Jacobs has the potential to be a huge sleeper for fantasy owners.

Travis Henry (Tennessee Titans) – Coming off a very dissapointing season, Henry is motivated to quiet the critics and show that he’s still got game. ?I?m excited anytime I can go out there and get some good looks with the first unit,? Henry said. ?I’ve already been getting some looks anyway playing the second quarter, but I?m excited.? Coach Fisher will possibly give Henry a start in the next preseason game, to get a taste of what it’s like to run behind the starting line. With a troubled Chris Brown ahead of him on the depth chart, and the infamous Lendale White behind him, Henry just may be the starting back at some point this year for the Titans.

The New York Sports HQ will be covering issues regarding professional baseball, football, hockey, and basketball. Under special circumstances, we will also be covering other sports, such as golf, soccer, auto racing, and horse racing. We will provide insight, up to date news, opinion pieces, and all sorts of other information regarding the New York Sports world.

Don’t you just wish you knew what the Used Car Dealer paid for the car you are interested in purchasing? This is a question we all have asked ourselves when thinking about buying our next vehicle. The problem is that unless you work for them or have a friend working there, it is impossible to figure out their cost. But, you can get pretty close by doing some research yourself. The following tips will help you to determine the Dealer’s cost on any vehicle:

1) Inspect it. Look the vehicle over from top to bottom, write down the VIN (vehicle identification number), mileage (make a note if the mileage is excessive around 12,000 per year for cars, 15,000 per year for trucks) and exact model designation. Notice the overall condition both inside and out and rate it using a scale from ‘poor to fair to good to excellent’. Does it have any new equipment on it (tires, engine, transmission, interior, etc), this will add to the cost of the car.
2) Talk to the salesman. Yes you need to in order to get some background information. Ask where they got the car, trade in, an individual, at an auction or what. Ask them their opinion of the vehicle, would they buy it to drive. Surprisingly most used car salesmen are honest about the origin of the vehicle. Also ask them and the Manager about any damage the vehicle may have had; if they know about it, by law they have to disclose the information.
3) Go online. Research Kelly Blue Book and NADA for used car values on the vehicle. You can generally figure that if the vehicle was a tradein, the lowest price is close to what they gave the owner. If the vehicle was bought at auction, then the middle figure would be more characteristic of the price paid. Also go to Carfax and run the VIN to see if there is any information out there about the repair history.
4) Add it all together. The overall condition and mileage of the vehicle (deducting for high miles), how they acquired it in order to decide which used vehicle value to go by.

By using this information, you can get close to their cost in the vehicle and thus make a better determination on what you are willing to pay to purchase it. The key to a successful buying experience is knowledge and information, without it you are defenseless and vulnerable.About the Author

These last few weeks, I was so interested with a small stall near my residence in Jakarta, Indonesia. That small stall (kios, we say in Indonesian) is always crowded with so many people, starting from 3 o’clock on — all the way to almost midnight!
What are they selling? Fried bananas!
Yup “only” fried bananas.
After finally tasting the famous fried bananas and reviewing the taste, my husband and I were discussing about reasons why that small stall named “Pontia” shop can be so successful. And from those conclusions we made, I wrote the following article, on Making Your Ordinary Business, Extraordinary!
Here goes ;-)
- Find the uniqueness and peculiarity of every goods or products you’re selling.
Fried banana is an ordinary product, right? (Actually it is in Indonesia).
But by attaching simple words like: “Pontianak original fried banana” or “the only 7 laths fried banana in town” will add zest to it! May not make them try the first time, but hopefully will think about it more and more.
– Find some tricky ways to make people curious.
Invite your own friends to try your product for free, but ask them to stand in queue when taking the product you’re selling.
Hopefully, people who pass your shop may think like this “What is that shop selling, making everyone willing to stand in that oh-so-long-queue?”
At least this tricky way works for my father, who loves going to restaurants with “fully loaded parking area” or “with long queue customers.”
– Be very friendly to your customer ;-)
I was surprised when the owner of a very famous burger stall greeted me with a smile and a nodded head; “Mam…” he said when I was trapped on a very long queue waiting for my burger.
That gesture works and made me feel “acquainted” and come back for more ;-)
My husband also experienced that kind of moment when he was in a hip-hop shop. The owner of the shop came to my husband and greet him, “Hi bro, what’s up? What about … ”
The situation led them to chit chat and finally exchanged their name card to each other, whereas they do not know each other previously.
So, this friendly way could be an effective one to make the customers feel close to you and your product.
– Pack it differently.
Usually, fried banana is packed into ordinary plastic bag, right?
Do something different, instead of the bag, pack it into a simple but uniquely designed box!
– Provide gifts/surprises for your customers.
This simple idea comes from Quickly – this bubble drink producer was not using any gimmick or promotion on their first establishment because they were a big hit. After competitors starts to show up, they have to do something. Quickly published a small card to be stamped each time customers buy a drink. When all the stamps are full, the customer will get one free drink!
You can make a gift for your customer, for example: the 100th customer standing in queue gets five fried bananas for free ;-)
The main idea here is you have to prepare a special promotion budget, doesn’t have to be in a form of a high cost TV commercial right?

The word “success” is defined differently by different people. Success for some means money while for others it could be the name and fame factor. For an entrepreneur, success would mean maximization of profits and gaining recognition. An entrepreneur must be creative and confident; must have the passion, vision and mission to achieve set objectives. You may possess all these qualities, but do you have the necessary capital needed to start up or expand the business. If not, then unsecured loans can work as a significant source of finance for you.
Unsecured Business Loans do not require a borrower to put collateral against the loan. An unsecured business loan is an ideal source of funds for tenants who do not have a property to put against the loan. Homeowners who do not want to put their property at risk can also apply for an unsecured business loan.
Business is filled with uncertainty; you may earn huge profits one year or big losses the other month. In such circumstances, when returns are uncertain, an unsecured business loan is the best alternative. Unsecured business loan can be used to purchase fixed assets which involve huge investment for starting up a new venture or to expand the existing business. Unsecured business loan can also be used to meet the working capital requirement of a business.
Amount that borrowers can borrow with an unsecured business loan depends on their credit history and the lender they choose to borrow from. Usually, loan providers offer an unsecured business loan within a range of ?30,000 to ?250,000.
Unsecured business loan does not involve the lengthy process of verifying the value of collateral as it does not engage one. Thus, it makes the money available sooner as compared to secured business loan.
Unsecured business loans are offered at a high rate of interest as the loan is not secured by any collateral. Lenders try to cover the risk of lending by charging a high interest rate.
If you are starting up a new business then you need to make a little more effort as you don’t have business financial statement which can pose to be a proof of your capability to repay the loan. You need to design a business plan to prove that there is no risk involved in lending money to you and you will be paying the monthly installment and the loan amount in full and on time.
